Heartsavers CPR AED -one day course
At Saint Elizabeth we want you to be prepared in case of emergencies. That is why we are offering this American Heart Association course. Receive AHA instruction on CPR, obstructed airway (choking), and use of an Automated External Defibrillator for children and adults. This course meets all licensure requirements for childcare providers and is designed for the general public. A CPR certification card is given at successful completion of the course. Book is included. -$45.00
Infant Care and CPR-3 sessions
Learn the basics of infant care for your baby's first months in this 3-session course covering bathing, feeding, safety, dad's role, diapering, holding, burping, car seat safety, characteristics of newborns, and ways to soothe a fussy baby--including infant massage techniques. CPR and choking intervention for infants and children is also covered. $35.00 per couple.
ABC
For siblings ages 3 to 6 years, this class helps children prepare for their new role as big brother or sister, as well as help them gain a basic understanding of the birth process. It includes a tour of the Family Birth Center and a "Big Brother" or "Big Sister" T-shirt for each older sibling. Parents attend with their child. $15.00 per family.
