Healing Environment

   We at Saint Elizabeth are committed to healing in mind, body, and spirit.  Research supports our Healing Environment Initiative.

A number of donors have graciously helped us expand these healing environment efforts, including donating such things as a welcoming water feature, a timeless and warming fireplace, soothing Baby Grand Piano, and many more incredible areas that support our mission and help our patients
Visitors and employees enjoy the serenity and  beauty of the Leadership Garden at Saint Elizabeth
Thank you donors!
A number of donors have graciously helped us in these healing environment efforts, including the following:

nA welcoming water feature on the wall of our main entrance, in memory of John Vestecka by Mary Vestecka;

nThe peaceful Sister Barbara Ann Meditation Room with its lovely lakeside vistas;

nThe calming Lower Level Lobby featuring a welcoming and warm fireplace, in memory of William P. Hiedrick, MD, and a Baby Grand Piano.

nOutdoors, our half-mile walking path that winds around serene “Lake Elizabeth” and a scenic Reflection Overlook were funded by the Robert and Marilyn Harris Charitable Foundation.

nThe Leadership Garden just outside our café is named in honor of Bob and Susan Lanik. Patient families, visitors and our associates/employees enjoy the umbrella tables, sculptures, and the varied selection of roses.

nThe sculptures that add so much to the ambience of the Leadership Garden are also there only because of the generosity of donors.
